Hank and Mel review House of the Dragon season 2 episode 4 titled: The Red Dragon and the Gold. Rhaenyra tells her council about sneaking into King’s Landing disquised as a Septa. Daemon has more dreams at Harrenhal and begins to interact with Alys Rivers. In one of his dreams he cuts off Rhaenyra’s head. Aegon II flies drunk and pays the price. Sir Criston Cole and Alicent’s brother Gwayne continue to spar over battle plans. Not even Aegon II knew about the trap Sir Criston Cole and Aemond set for Rhaenys (who we think they hoped would be Rhaenyra). In tis episode Rhaenys figured out Alyn is one of The Sea Snake’s bastards. Could he also be heir to Driftmark. Alicent drinks moon tea brewed by Grand Maester Orwyle which makes us wonder about the passing of time in this series. F’s in the comments for Meleys.
