People crack me up when they talk about skipping meals and think they are going to lose weight. Unless you take it to the extreme, you’re only robbing your body of precious nutrients it needs to function properly. Weight loss is not about starvation and it’s not about eliminating carbs. Eating a balanced diet is what we all need to be healthy and function at our best. A balanced meal means just that; balanced! Not to much of this and not too much of that. When we eat balanced meals, our bodies go into overdrive and pounds come off in a healthy manner.
